day-of Coordination
Expert management of logistics and last-minute surprises — so you can fully enjoy your day.
What’s included in our Coordination package ?
Planning
We begin with a first meeting to learn more about your story and review the full organization of your
wedding, followed by a consulting session or more if needed. We will go through every detail to
ensure smooth, seamless logistics.
Three months before the wedding, we connect with your vendors and reach out to your loved ones
to incorporate surprises into the timeline.
A technical visit to the venue* takes place about two months prior to the big day.
A few weeks before the wedding, we deliver a coordination file with detailed timelines for you and
each of your vendors.
Execution
On the big day, we will be there to coordinate everything from setup to breakdown. We ensure the
smooth flow of every moment: vendor logistics, guest welcome, handling of any unexpected
situations… so you can fully enjoy your celebration with peace of mind.
*Includes venues within a 50km radius of Paris. Additional travel fees apply beyond this distance.

What’s included in our Full Planning Orchestration offer ?
Personalized design concept
Our journey begins with a personal consultation to understand your story, your vision, and your
expectations. We then create a design concept that reflects your personality, values and the
emotions you want you and your guests to feel. We will then create a project overview, visual
moodboards, styling concepts, estimated budget, and detailed planning timeline.
Planning
After you validate everything we imagined, we will start planning all the details. It starts with creatingand managing your budget. We will then research, visit and book the best venue. Once the venue issecured, we will select exceptional vendors that meet our needs : caterers, entertainment, livebands, photographers, videographers, floral designers, stationery, rentals, tableware, designers,MUA, transportation… and more ! We will negotiate and manage vendors contracts. If you come toParis, we will book a trial for hair & make-up and a tasting with your caterer. What about meetingyour photographer and having an engagement photo shoot in the streets of Paris ? In the meantime,we will handle all the aspects of guest management : invitations, website, RSVP tracking, travel andaccommodation recommendations. We will then create a detailed wedding day timeline and ensureall logistics and details are ready.
